Summer 2015 Wardrobe Essentials for Little Girls

Summer Wardrobe Essentials for Little Girls and Toddlers 2015, from http://www.cuteheads.com

Combine Summertime heat with cute baby, and that’s a recipe for wanting to buy every, single cute piece of clothing. In my industry, it’s hard not to get excited and impulse buy everything I see; my excuse is, “It’s market research!” Suuure. In any case, Summer clothes are arguably the cutest clothes for kids. There’s nothing sweeter than a little one running through the sprinkler in her bathing suit, or cheesin’ in sunglasses.

I’ve put together a roundup of some Summer essentials for little girls, trendy kids clothes that won’t break the bank and will keep your kiddo cool and stylish all Summer long. You’ll love these Summer outfit ideas.

Fun headbands in bright colors: I know my daughter loves them! She especially loves these from Sadie Sky Boutique; the fabrics are soft, and the designs are totally unique.

Chambray shirt: Everyone — adults, kids, babies — should own a chambray shirt. It’s perfect for a cool Summer evening (if you get those), and can be worn all year round.

Boho top: The cuteheads Carrie Top is sheer boho goodness for your little one. It’s bright, it’s comfortable, it’s machine washable. Modern baby clothes like this should be a wardrobe staple.

Frozen bracelets: Because let’s face it, every little girl is completely obsessed with Frozen. Let’s not try to fight it… embrace it! These little beauties are from Sloan & Co.

Bright cotton leggings: cuteheads Heart Patch Leggings come in lots of fun, bright color combos and your kiddo will be running around in them the entire Summer and beyond.

Sunglasses: Little kids love sunglasses, don’t they? Watching them try to put them on is kind of amazing too. These strawberries from Subsidy Shades are darling and every purchase helps to support a good cause.

Comfy shoes: I’m completely obsessed with the brand Cienta for little feet. They are really stable for running, jumping and climbing, and oh so comfortable.

Rash guard bathing suit: This is a must-have because keeping their little bodies protected from the harsh Summer sun can be both challenging and a little daunting. SwimZip has perfected this, making the top easily removable with a zipper. No ripping wet swim shirts off over their heads anymore.

Summery tank: Watermelon just screams Summer, doesn’t it? She’ll never want to take off little cotton high-low top from kate & JAMES shop.

Cotton shorties: It’s so hard to find shorts that are the right length for little legs. In my experience, they’re always so long! These shorties from Little Big Dreamers are the perfect length, and leave their little legs free to roam freely.

Water shoes: Every kid needs a pair of these for the splash pad, pool, water park, and beyond. Natives are totally versatile and can be worn to the playground too.

Cute backpack: A backpack this cute can be worn all year. She can take it to the pool, filled with her swim essentials, or to school in September. Find it at soYoung.

Floaties: Floaties are an essential part of pool safety and pool fun.

What did I leave off? What are YOUR daughter’s Summer essentials?
