The Week in Review

Words of wisdom from The SITS Girls. Happy Friday everyone! It’s been an insane, and wonderful week and I can’t thank you enough for supporting our first FW15 launch (we’ll have another in late October… eek!). If you haven’t shopped it out yet, you can here.

Aside from, you know, launching a new collection, this week has been full of organized chaos and very little sleep. We’ve still been getting the hang of this whole school thing, though this was a MUCH better week. There are still tears at drop off and pick up, but I’m told she’s all smiles in between. She’s definitely getting the hang of it, and I’m enjoying my quiet house in the mornings to work and drink my coffee before it gets cold. Who knew coffee tastes so good hot?

Last night, we had an incredible photoshoot with Ailee Petrovic of Snapshots and My Thoughts at Fat Cat Creamery, the adorable and delicious ice cream parlor in Houston. We’ve teamed up with 3 awesome brands for this shoot, and on Monday, you’re going to get a glimpse behind the scenes from the founder and designer of Loved by Hannah and Eli, who’s been through the challenges of small business and has lived to tell the tales. And speaking of Ailee, head to her blog for an incredible Shop Small giveaway, featuring a cuteheads Vineyard Top! Want to win it? Go do it!

Lastly, my child started ballet this week, which is pretty much the best and cutest thing that has ever happened. As a former dancer, this gives me a lot of joy. I have no idea if she’ll actually like it, and she doesn’t have to. But for now, check out this tiny dancer.

Have a wonderful day and a wonderful weekend. xo
