If you read the cuteness last week, then you know that the brand Cienta holds a special place in my heart. They generously donated over 100 pairs of shoes to Houston flood victims this year when a massive storm devastated our community. But aside from that, my love affair with Cienta began when I was looking for cute shoes for my daughter to wear as she was learning to walk. So not only is it a great company, but the product speaks for itself. Today on Instagram, we’re actually giving away a pair of these cute little kicks to one lucky kiddo! As my friend Stephanie described them, “they’re fancy, but not.” Her daughter is an avid Cienta-wearer too. And to me, that’s a big compliment; of course we care about what our little girls wear, but we also want them to be comfortable. I love that so many of them come in pretty metallic canvas because they kind of fancy up the outfit without being fussy or uncomfortable. That’s tough to do.

That’s it! Easy peasy. We had the best photoshoot for this giveaway, maybe ever. We shot it at local macaron boutique Macarons by Patisse, my all-time favorite place for a sweet treat. It has the most incredible decor (did you see that floor?) and the owner is the sweetest, coolest female business owner in town. Did you know they ship all over the country? Just sayin’…

Our photographer was the formidable Ashley Cardoza, who has shot many of our past projects. Sometimes Naomi’s ready for a fun shoot, some days she wants nothing to do with the camera. On this particular day, she was totally into it and having fun. Maybe because she knew there were cookies waiting for her at the end. But that’s neither here nor there… what’s important is look at that smile!

The outfit Naomi is wearing wouldn’t have been complete without a little help from our (handmade) friends. Several other boutiques had a hand in making this the cutest little outfit EVER, make sure you shop them early & often.
