To say it’s been a crazy week would be an understatement. After spending 6 days in Paris for my brother’s wedding and enjoying some stress-free, macaron-full fun, I got back to about 10,000 emails and a lot of unfinished business. But I guess that’s the thing… there will always be unfinished business, won’t there? I feel like a broken record sometimes when I say, “I could work 24 hours of the day and still have a lot of work left to do.” Unfortunately, between putting out small fires and accomplishing the things that absolutely have to happen (like sending out orders and changing diapers), it doesn’t leave much time for the nice-to-have’s. There’s no formula for “doing it all;” I doubt anyone’s truly able to do it, and if they are, they have a LOT of help. In any case, here’s what I’m reading (or let’s be honest, skimming, this week), that’s getting my brain back into work mode:
