Hey busy moms: is your job ever done? If you’re like me, then you wake up in the morning and hit the ground running. Your littles either wake you up and you’re immediately on duty, you’re off to work, or some combination of the two. Rewarding? Of course! Exhausting. Yes, definitely. Some days, I barely take a breath, let alone make it to the grocery store. I’m constantly looking for time-saving tips for busy moms like me. I used to LOVE going to the grocery store. Now it’s like a race to see how fast I can get out of there without forgetting everything I need.

Sometimes, Sunday evening comes and I realize I have completely forgotten to go to the grocery store. Or I go into my pantry to make lunch and realize there’s basically an old can of soup and some beans, hardly a lunch a toddler would want. Those are the “oh *&^%!” moments I’ve come to expect and embrace in my life with two little ones; things aren’t always going to be perfect, but it’s all going to be okay. And one of the ways I make sure it’s okay is to embrace technology. I use it for my business, why not for my mom life?
I was recently introduced to Favor (scroll down for special offer!), a delivery service app that allows you to get anything delivered to you. And I mean anything! If your baby is sick and you need medicine? Favor. Out of toilet paper? Favor. Forgot to go to the grocery store and need a quick toddler meal? Favor. I love using it on nights when the babies are giving us a run for our money and we don’t have time to make dinner. We can get a delicious meal delivered to our door with the touch of a screen. It’s the little things that make the world seem a little less chaotic with a 2 year old a newborn at home. A good dinner for all of us that I don’t have to cook or leave the house to get is one of those things. We’re even going to use it this Sunday on Mother’s Day, when the entire family is coming over for dinner and everyone’s going to have their own thoughts about what we should have. Favoring makes pleasing everyone easy.
I ordered Naomi her favorite, pancakes from Snap Kitchen, and we had a backyard picnic. I didn’t have to stress & she enjoyed a healthy meal.
