It’s only February, but the temps are already warming up in Texas. It’s been 80 degrees here, which means tank tops & shorts weather is around the corner. It also means that drop 1 of the Spring/Summer ’16 cuteheads collection will be released soon (end of the month, mark your calendars!) and I can’t wait for you to see what I’ve been working on! In the meantime, we’ve been working overtime on lots of gorgeous custom orders. Kids Spring fashion is in full bloom around here, and I’m excited to share with you a few pics from my friend Ailee of Snapshots and My Thoughts, who traveled with her gorgeous family to Australia a few weeks ago with lots of custom cuteheads pieces in tow.

Spring Kids Fashion Down Under

Ailee is a talented photographer, and last year shot the first birthday cake smash styled shoot we did. For her daughter Isla, we made the ‘Leah’ Tutu Romper in blue, just like the romper we made for that shoot. Isla wore it traipsing around Sydney, enjoying the sights, sounds, and of course, snacks.

Her mom tells me that strangers thought she and the outfit were so cute they actually stopped and asked to take pictures with her. Can’t say I blame them.

While in Australia, they celebrated Australia Day, Australia’s National Day of celebration. Like our 4th of July, people barbecue, get together for parades, and, of course, wear cute outfits.

I absolutely loved the red and white buffalo plaid flutter sleeve top we made for Isla with the coordinating royal blue ruffled shorties, he colors of Australia. The outfit is the perfect little Summer set, and great for mixing and matching too.
